Yatt’it Brand and Loyalty Experience

The Challenge
Deepen engagement with Hyatt reward members by offering added value beyond traditional loyalty benefits and positioning the brand as a trusted insider travel resource.
The Idea
We created Yatt’it, an insider driven brand designed to deliver local tips and travel insights typically shared by residents. The initiative transformed the loyalty experience from transactional rewards to meaningful destination guidance.
The concept extended into a fully developed online community supported by an integrated marketing campaign, including print, email, social, and digital advertising, all designed to drive awareness and participation.
Performance Impact
Yatt’it strengthened member engagement, elevated the perceived value of Hyatt’s loyalty program, and expanded the brand’s role from hotel provider to trusted travel companion.
My Role
As Senior Art Director, I led the visual identity and design execution of the Yatt’it brand. I helped shape the digital community experience and directed creative across the integrated campaign to ensure a cohesive, engaging loyalty ecosystem.
