Capital One OneX Direct:
"Bank to the Future"
The Challenge
Create a compelling visual experience for Capital One’s inaugural OneX Direct, a pre recorded town hall streamed to internal associates participating in the OneXperience program.
The Idea
Inspired by a Back to the Future theme, we developed a dynamic visual system that energized the broadcast and reinforced the forward thinking spirit of the initiative. The creative translated a familiar cultural reference into an engaging, on brand digital experience that elevated what could have been a standard internal communication event.
The assets brought cohesion, energy, and personality to the livestream environment, helping drive attention and engagement among associates.
Performance Impact
The themed creative elevated the perception of the inaugural event, strengthened internal engagement, and helped establish OneX Direct as a memorable and differentiated company moment.
My Role
As Senior Art Director, I led the visual concept and design execution across the suite of digital assets. I translated the thematic direction into a cohesive visual system and ensured brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
Capital One Spark Business:
"Seize the May" Campaign
The Challenge
Motivate small business owners to take advantage of limited time offers while energizing bankers to proactively drive engagement across markets during a key promotional window.
The Idea
We launched Seize the May, a high energy, multi channel campaign designed to create urgency and momentum across the Spark Business portfolio. By eliminating promo codes and declaring May as No Meeting Month, we simplified redemption and freed bankers to focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
The campaign activated more than 10 marketing channels, engaging customers both in and out of footprint while aligning internal teams around a unified push.
Performance Impact
Seize the May drove more than $100 million in additional deposits and loan applications in a single month.
Results included:
• 25% increase in new checking balances
• 28% increase in new savings balances
• 35% increase in new lending application dollars
• 36% increase in new treasury management customers
• 11% increase in merchant services applications
The campaign generated $50 million more in deposits and $36 million more in loan applications than the average month year to date, delivering measurable financial impact across the entire Spark Business portfolio.

Capital One Spark Business:
Spark IQ Website Redesign
The Challenge
Reposition Spark IQ as the authoritative destination for small business growth and cash flow insights while improving usability and content discoverability.
The Idea
We evolved the site with a modular, responsive design system that streamlined content organization and improved the user journey. A robust tagging strategy made articles and resources easier to discover, transforming Spark IQ into a structured, scalable knowledge hub for entrepreneurs.
The redesign balanced editorial credibility with intuitive navigation, reinforcing Spark Business as a trusted advisor rather than just a financial provider.
Performance Impact
The new framework improved content accessibility, strengthened brand authority, and created a scalable foundation for ongoing growth and content expansion.
